The main aim is the creation of a community of free participation that welcomes every proposal pertaining to "Reconstruction", whether it be as outlined previously or as it may be redefined and enriched through specific contributions.

The Reconstruction Plan is attempting an experiment for the undertaking of initiative  from each one and all of us together and it is not about a final structure, but rather about a continuous process of research and practice.
